How We Work: Transparent Clothing Sourcing in China with No Hidden Fees

1. Request and quote. Send links or photos to our manager @karabuta_S. Within 1–2 days we will send you a detailed quote for the goods and our service fee.

2. Prepayment and agreement. We fix the exchange rate and confirm the agreement (with individuals and companies). You pay 100% of the order value, which is used to purchase the goods.

3. Receiving in Guangzhou. We purchase the goods and carry out an initial check at our warehouse: we verify the quantity, article numbers and condition.

4. Report and packing. We take detailed photos and videos of every item for your approval. If there are defects, we resolve the issue with the supplier on the spot. On request, we vacuum-pack clothing for protection and lower shipping costs.

5. Logistics. We hand the cargo over to a logistics operator for air or sea shipping to India. You receive a tracking number and the exact delivery date to the warehouse in India.

6. Receipt and support. We notify you when the cargo arrives and arrange door-to-door delivery to any city in India. If a defect is found under warranty, we resolve it with the factory on your behalf.

How to Pay for Your CapriStyle Order

Transparent and secure payments for clothing orders from China. Payment methods:

• Bank transfer in Indian rupees (INR)
• USDT (TRC-20 network)
• US dollars (USD)
• AliPay / WeChat Pay (for clients with Chinese accounts)
• Cash (by prior arrangement)

Minimum order: trial order — from $2,000 (wholesale and retail); subsequent wholesale orders — from $6,000.

Step-by-step: We agree on the contents of the order and the final cost of the goods. We send you the payment details and fix the exchange rate at the time of payment. You pay 100% of the cost of the goods. You send us a receipt or screenshot of the transfer (this fixes the rate and speeds up conversion into Chinese yuan; the transfer and conversion fee is 5%). Once the funds are received, we carry out a final check of the cargo, pack it securely and hand it over to the logistics operator.

CapriStyle Delivery Terms

We work directly with warehouses in Guangzhou. Production time: 3–10 days. Before shipping, we send you a detailed photo and video report so you can check the quality and contents.

Shipping from China to India:

• Air freight: 7–12 days.
• Sea freight: about 25 days.
• Door-to-door delivery to any city in India once the cargo arrives at the warehouse in India.
• Cargo insurance is mandatory: 5% of the value of the goods, covering the full value of the goods.

Shipping payment: International shipping China → India is paid when the cargo arrives at the warehouse in India; door-to-door delivery is paid separately upon handover. Rates: footwear — 80 CNY/kg, clothing and bags — 70 CNY/kg.

Packing:

• Dense bags and sturdy cardboard boxes to protect against damage.
• Vacuum packing on request (reduces volumetric weight and lowers shipping costs).
• Photo and video report of every package before it is sealed.

What it is made of — why prices vary

The price of footwear, clothing and bags depends on the specific materials: the type of leather, the thickness of the sole, the zips and buckles, and whether there is a lining and what kind. Boots in genuine leather with a leather lining and a moulded sole cost more than a similar-looking model in faux leather with a textile upper and a glued sole. Classic bags in grained calfskin with metal hardware cost more than alternatives in smooth PU with plastic fasteners. If you want to know exactly what you are paying for, ask us about a specific model and we will check with the supplier.

Prices are indicative, in Chinese yuan. The final cost is agreed once your request has been confirmed.
