Personal data processing agreement

You hereby confirm your consent to the processing of your personal data by CapriStyle, including its collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), use, and transfer solely for the purpose of selling software in your name as described below, as well as its blocking, anonymization, and destruction. 

CapriStyle guarantees the confidentiality of the information received. The processing of personal data is carried out for the purpose of effective execution of orders, contracts, and other obligations accepted by CapriStyle as binding. 

In the event that it is necessary to provide your personal data to a software copyright holder, distributor, or reseller for the purpose of registering the software in your name, you consent to the transfer of your personal data. CapriStyle guarantees that the software copyright holder, distributor, or reseller protects personal data under conditions identical to those set forth in the Personal Data Privacy Policy. 

This consent applies to the following personal data: full name, email address, postal delivery address for orders, contact phone number, and payment details. 

The validity period of this consent is indefinite. You may revoke this consent at any time by sending a written notice to the address: 11/2 Opposite TDI MALL, Fatehabad road, Agra 282001, marked "Revocation of consent to the processing of personal data." 

Please note that the revocation of consent to the processing of personal data entails the deletion of your account from the website (http://capri-style.com), as well as the destruction of records containing your personal data in CapriStyle's personal data processing systems, which may make it impossible to use CapriStyle's online services. 

I guarantee that the information provided by me is complete, accurate, and reliable, and that the provision of this information does not violate the applicable laws of India or the legal rights and interests of third parties. All the information provided is filled in by me in relation to myself personally. 

This consent is valid throughout the entire period of personal data retention, unless otherwise provided by the laws of India.
