Yes, if the model is in our catalog. Send us a photo and we will quickly find it among tens of thousands of items. We do not source items from third-party factories: if a model is not in the catalog, we will tell you straight away.

Before dispatch we inspect every shipment at our warehouse in China and send a detailed photo and video report. You see the real items: seams, hardware, colours and size runs. Goods are shipped only after your confirmation.

We inspect the shipment before packing: counting, checking for visible defects and matching the agreed items. We also make a photo and video report of each package before the box is sealed.

We work on 100% prepayment for the goods. After payment we purchase the goods, inspect the shipment at our warehouse in Guangzhou and send you a photo and video report. Delivery is paid separately: international shipping on arrival at the warehouse in India, door-to-door delivery upon handover.

We accept Indian rupees (bank transfer), US dollars, USDT, and cash by prior arrangement. A 5% fee is charged on the payment amount for transfer and conversion into yuan.

The rate is fixed at the time of payment. The fee for transfer and conversion into yuan is 5% of the payment amount, with no other mark-ups.

Yes. Once the cargo arrives at the warehouse in India, we deliver it to your door in any city. Door-to-door delivery is paid separately, upon handover of the cargo.

We send you a tracking number after dispatch. We also keep you updated on each status, so you know where your cargo is at every stage.

No. We handle all communication with factories, payments in China, inspection, packing and shipping. You focus on sales. We take care of everything else.

We negotiate with the factory on your behalf, using our warehouse reports as evidence. We secure a replacement, compensation or a refund. You do not have to deal with the Chinese side yourself.
