Step-by-Step: How to Work with CapriStyle

Step 1. Request and Preliminary Quote
Send your request to our manager @karabuta_S or via the form on the website: product links, photos of the models you want, or simply a description of what you are looking for (brand, category, approximate price).
We check stock at warehouses in Guangzhou and confirm available sizes and colours. Within 1–2 business days we send you a detailed quote for the goods and our service fee. We can give you an estimated shipping cost later, once we see the actual volume of your cargo at our warehouse.

Step 2. Approval and Prepayment
If the terms and final price suit you, we fix the exchange rate and confirm the agreement (we work with both individuals and companies).
To start the process, you pay 100% of the order value. These funds are used to purchase the goods from suppliers. Trial order — from $2,000 (wholesale and retail); subsequent wholesale orders — from $6,000.

Step 3. Purchase and Initial Inspection at Our Warehouse
Our team purchases the goods and delivers them to our inspection warehouse in Guangzhou. Here we carry out an initial check: we count the items, verify the article numbers and visually assess the condition of the boxes.

Step 4. Detailed Photo and Video Report (Your Control)
This is the key stage. We take detailed photos and videos of every item: overall views, labels, size tags, stitching quality, hardware and original factory packaging.
We send this report to you for approval. You see exactly what will be shipped to you. If something is not right (for example, the wrong colour arrived), we do not ship it but resolve the issue with the supplier on the spot (replacement or refund for that item). Only then do we proceed to final packing. We use sturdy boxes and, on request, vacuum-pack the clothing. This protects the items from moisture, dust and odours, and significantly reduces the volumetric weight of the cargo, saving you money on shipping.

Step 5. Shipping and Logistics
We hand the cargo over to a reliable logistics operator for air or sea shipping to India. You receive a tracking number and the exact arrival date of the cargo at the warehouse in India.

Step 6. Receiving the Cargo and After-Sales Support
The cargo arrives at the destination warehouse. We notify you and provide all the details for collection. We then arrange door-to-door delivery to any city in India.
If a defect is found when unpacking (under our warranty terms), we immediately step in to resolve the issue with the factory on your behalf.
