CapriStyle Delivery Terms
We work directly with manufacturers and warehouses in Guangzhou, China, and handle your wholesale order end to end. Production takes 3 to 10 days. After production and before shipping, we always send you a detailed photo and video report of the order for approval, so you can personally check the quality, contents and size ranges.
Cargo Insurance
Cargo insurance is mandatory for shipping. Carriers will not ship cargo without insurance. Insurance is arranged through the carrier.
If the cargo is insured for its declared value before shipping, the insurance premium is 5% of the value of the goods. If the cargo is held by customs or a package is completely lost, the carrier reimburses the full value of the goods.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is paid in two separate stages:
- International shipping China → India — paid when the cargo arrives at the warehouse in India.
- Door-to-door delivery — paid separately, upon handover of the cargo to the owner.
A fee of 5% of the payment amount is charged for money transfer and conversion into Chinese yuan — this applies to all payment methods: cash, Indian rupees, US dollars.
Shipping rates depend on the product category: footwear — 80 CNY/kg, clothing and bags — 70 CNY/kg.
Delivery Times
- Sea freight — about 25 days
- Air freight — 7–12 days
Storage Terms
Sea freight: the first 7 days at the arrival warehouse are free. After that — 10 CNY per m³ per day.
Air freight: the first 7 days at the arrival warehouse are free. After that — 10 CNY per kg per day.
Information required to place an order: an exact list of items and the size chart, the recipient’s contact details (full name, phone number) and your packing preferences.
